I endeavor to operate my salon as professionally as possible and try to accommodate all my clients at the times that suit them best. Unfortunately, in the past I have increasingly experienced clients not arriving for their appointment! In future I would appreciate it if appointments that need to be cancelled are done so at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in us having to introduce a cancellation fee of 50%.


Cancellations do affect our business and restrict other clients from booking their treatments. Therefore we require a minimum of 8 hours notice or a 50% treatment fee will be charged.
